Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you order from TechByJ. Please read them before ordering.

1. Orders

• Tapping "Order now" sends us a request on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only when we reply to confirm stock, price and delivery date.
• We order products on demand from our supplier. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll tell you and you pay nothing.

2. Prices

• Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees. Prices and discounts can change without notice, but the price we confirm on WhatsApp is the price you pay.
• If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we'll tell you before confirming and you can cancel.

3. Delivery and payment

• . . For other areas, we tell you the delivery charge before you confirm.
• We agree the delivery time with you on WhatsApp. Please check the item when you receive it.

4. Product information

We try to keep product details, photos and specifications accurate. Photos are for illustration and packaging may differ slightly. Please check the model number if a specific version matters to you.

5. Warranty and returns

6. Cancelling

You can cancel any time before your order is sent. If you paid in advance, we refund you in full.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
