We collect very little, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• When you browse: you don't need an account. We don't use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may keep basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security.
• When you place an order: we save your name, phone number, email (if you give it), delivery address and the items you ordered, so we can confirm and deliver your order.
• If you create an account: we keep your email, your login (password is stored encrypted by our login provider, or your Google sign-in) and the delivery details you choose to save.
• On WhatsApp: we see your WhatsApp name, number and the messages you send us.
• Your cart and theme choice (light or dark) are saved in your own browser only.

How we use it

• To confirm, deliver and support your order, including warranty claims with our supplier.
• To reply to your questions.

We share order details with our supplier only when needed for stock checks or warranty claims. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep orders for as long as needed for warranty support and our business records. You can ask us to delete your account and saved details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp.

Services we use

WhatsApp (Meta) for messages, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for our product catalogue and courier services for deliveries outside Malabe. Each has its own privacy policy.
